Level 3 Award in Assessing Competence in the Workplace
QSP provides this range of awards to encourage best practice. The awards are assessed to a national standard, allowing employees to develop the skills necessary to perform their role effectively.
Who is it For?
This award is aimed at individuals wishing to become an Assessor to deliver work based qualifications in their occupationally competent sector.
How does it Work?
Trainee Assessors will be required to have access to 2 candidates undertaking training in their specialised subject. The award is delivered across 3 half day training sessions with an allocated trainer. Sessions maybe classroom or site based depending on the unit. QSP Training can provide the 2 candidates if necessary.
What will I Gain?
The qualification is known as TAQA (Training, Assessment and Quality Assurance) and on completion you will become a qualified Assessor and be able to assess qualifications in your occupationally competent sector. You will receive a City and Guilds Level 3 Award in Assessing Competence in the Workplace.
